By using CleverNote, you agree to these terms and to use the service only for lawful educational purposes.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account security and for activity under your account. Email verification may be required to access features.

3. Credits and billing

Paid and free-trial credits are used to access metered features. Credit packs are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, abuse system resources, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, and limits over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

CleverNote is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
